Oliver's remarkable hospitality education and extensive experience have propelled him to become one of Fairmas' key and most senior executives and the Director of Business Development since joining Fairmas in 2014.

In his previous role, Oliver successfully managed Product Management and played a pivotal role in the initial implementation of the company's financial planning tool, which is widely used today. Currently, as the Director of the Business Development team, he works closely with the company's management to execute the overall strategic direction. He also maintains direct and personalized communication with both existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met.

With over 15 years of experience in the international hospitality industry, Oliver's expertise is unparalleled. During his tenure of nearly 6 years at the Intercontinental Berlin, he held joint responsibility for the esteemed Event Sales department. Additionally, he played a key role in overseeing financial aspects such as forecasting and budgeting.

Drawing on his extensive business background, Oliver possesses a deep understanding of the specific needs of the industry, particularly from a user's perspective. His wealth of knowledge allows him to provide valuable insights and cater to the unique requirements of Fairmas' customers.
